Installation Instructions would be helpful

I looked all over the Home Depot site as well as Amerimax website with no installation instructions. Not helpful at all if you want people to install them correctly to avoid problems and bad reviews and returns.

Amerimax: As a followup to your answer, please state how to orient and place the narrow and wide clear drip edges.... ..on the vinyl gutter's edge or the roof line? The picture shows the wide edge up (apparently towards the roof), and snapped into the groove at the back of the gutter, with the narrow edge snapped into the front of the gutter. Correct?

During installation- does the wider rubber go to the front or back of the gutter?

I have the wider clear rubber on the front side and installed it a bit over a year ago and its working great so far with several huge trees around that produce heavy leaf fall.

Please go in further detail how the go on please. Do they overlap? Do the seems ho on the bracket? Do the seems go in the middle?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a product for the long run I installed over 1000 feet of this product. Installing the guards were okay to install. The roof edge has a silicone type of strip to make it easy to put under the shingles, but after a year they pulled away from the roof line laying flat on the gutters allowing an area for debris to gather. I wish they were made at least 1.5 inches wider in order to more securely wedge the guards under the shingles. Also the outside gutter edge that clips into the gutter itself was a good design, BUT it made it impossible to slide the other edge under the shingles. And after a year most of the guards were slightly twisted and warped due to expansion and contraction, they then needed to be fastened with screws to keep straight. Bottom iine I will never use or install this product and I highly recommend other consumers or contractors to stay away. Go with an aluminum or really rigid product with a width of about 6 inches
