            Disappointed with Anderson's Customer Service to say the least - we had the frame from our other ...
            Disappointed with Anderson's Customer Service to say the least - we had the frame from our other Anderson sliding doors and purchased these doors as replacement sliders - keeping the original frame. We received the doors (packaged seperately) - and BOTH doors were missing weatherstripping for both the stationary and sliding door. I called Anderson and the "lovely" customer service woman told me it would take approximate 15 days to receive the proper parts. I then asked to speak with her manager.... that is when she decided to expedite them, we got them in 1 day. In this day and age, why would anyone have to wait 15 days for anything, especially when it was through no fault of my own! I should have bought the Chinese manufacturer LIFETIME WARRANTY doors like I wanted - the door guy at Home Depot made me think twice and I ordered American - what a shame. Time to check your roster of employees, Anderson.

              The doors typical Anderson quality.Purchasing to door was an unpleasant experience , no one at the first store we visited had a clue about their own inventory, sku's were deleted or did not match prices , very unprofessional. I will most likely swap to a different big box to refer to my customers.
