Does this door (as is) have the ability to lock from the inside?
No it does not. And I don't think there is an option for other handsets that do lock. I think you have to get the 300 or 400 series to get that.
Can the screen be slid to top and glass at bottom
The lower glass panel slides up, and the screen is fixed in place. It cannot be configured with the glass panel at the bottom and the screen at the top.
