The Andersen 400 Series Twin Casement Wood Window features a durable pine construction with an attractive, low-maintenance exterior. Low-E4 insulated glass is energy efficient and helps reduce your energy bills. These windows crank open from the bottom to let fresh air into your home. This model features a natural pine interior that can be painted or stained with a white vinyl-clad exterior, stone hardware and Low-E4 glass.

Does this window come with a screen?
Thank you for your inquiry. Insect screens are considered an accessory. This 400 Series White Clad Wood Double Casement Window does not come with an insect screen but one may be ordered with the unit.
What is the warranty for the wood and/or is the wood treated to prevent rot and decay?
Thank you for your inquiry. The pine interior does not come treated from the factory. All interior wood surfaces must be finished, sealed, or suitably protected no later than 14 days after arriving at the job site. Do andersen cr23 have screens?
Thank you for your inquiry. The 400 Series casement, CR23 do have insect screens. Because this is a twin unit you will need an insect screen for a CR3 for each side. For additional product support, you can contact Andersen Windows and Doors at 1-888-888-7020.
Does this window swing in or out?

Are these replacement windows or new construction? If not replacement, what part # would one order to get a replacement unit
