Product Details

This 6 in. x 8 in. x 8in. Gray Concrete block half unit is designed to be used at the end of walls to minimize jobsite cutting of half units. It has met ASTM C 90 specifications for use in concrete fence walls. The straight-edged, smooth-faced cap block will provide a professional finish to a 6 in. wide by 8 in. tall concrete block wall.
  • Square concrete block with no large chips or breaks
  • Use in foundations or above-grade masonry walls
  • Uniform in shape, color and texture
  • Meets ASTM C 90 specifications
  • Half blocks eliminates field cuts and saves time

      A:  If all cells of all units are being filled, then appox .43 cu yards of concrete to grout. if only grouting where the rebar is and your vertical rebar spacing is 48" OC then approx .13 cu yards of concrete to grout.

        A:  The interior cavity dimensions are not precise but the unit will accommodate a 4 x 4 post.

          A:  The face shell thickness of a 6x8x8 half block may vary from location to location. A 4x4 post that measures approx. 3.5x3.5" may fit inside a 6x8x8 concrete half block but it may not fit snugly.
