Q:Would this scrapper work on UV "film" which was placed on window (recently purchased home). Thinking "film" was placed so to diminish sunlight coming into room. Not a very good installation job and want removed.

Doesn't hold up
I bought this because it was the only thing I needed that would get delivered fast enough. The blades rusted and broke after minimal use.
