Product Details

This patented 3/4 in. Sprint Tee by Apollo allows for the simple push-to-connect joining of IPS sized 100 psi polyethylene pipe (PE pipe). Simply insert the pipe to allow the state of the art gripping mechanism to grip the pipe securely against the robust, specially designed O-ring. Fitting removal can be achieved with the use of standard pliers. After assembly, fittings may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces.
  • Made from a patented glass reinforced environmentally friendly composite material that is lead free

  • Installation possible regardless of temperature or weather conditions

Q:How do you remove this tee from the poly pipe?

Answer This Question

A:  In order to remove Sprint fittings, you will need to use a pair of pliers to unscrew the blue collar counter-clockwise. This will allow you to pull the pipe out and then screw the collar back down onto the fitting, making it ready for use again.

    Amazing product - expensive - huge size - removable - looks good. I used them to connect suction hose to boat ballast bags but there is a much smaller cheaper product ( Orbit0.75 BLTEE SKU 1002238639) that is still removable that uses a less obvious must have, small, simple, low cost specialty removal tool in the same section (Orbit RELEASETOO SKU 1002238668) for an even cleaner looking installation
