Excellent question koz! I'm really surprised it's not stated in the ad. Unlike a composite grinding wheel, this is a directional blade and should ONLY be used in the direction of the arrow. Using it in the opposite direction can be very dangerous. Having said that, I have the same issue with my WorxSaw. If you turn the blade over, you'll see that it now spins in the indicated direction. Voila!
Wet or dry is OK, but if you use it dry wear a dust mask and have a fan behind you to blow the dust away from you.
