My mailbox does not have holes for hanging; it is just flat on the back. But the pictures in the instructions look like there are supposed to be holes already. Should there be predrilled holes for mounting? Also, my package included screws but no washers.

What to do if lost the key to this mailbox
Thank you for your interest in our products. Customer will need to drill the lock out by using a 3/8'' drill bit; put inside the keyhole of the lock and drill. The lock will fall apart. Home Depot sell our replacement lock kit for around $10. The model is LOCKSTAM their SKU # is 1008876422.
