Product Details

The Armacost Lighting PureVue Dimmable LED Puck Lights are the perfect solution for taking your accent lighting to the next level. The all metal design measures only 5/8-in thick, making the puck lights an ideal solution for surface mount fixtures or as a recessed flush mounted, ultra-thin downlight. The PureVue LEDs are extremely energy efficient, consuming only 4 watts per LED puck light. The lights produce about 375 lumens of light or roughly that of a 40 watt incandescent bulb. Thanks to its PureVue diffusion technology, visible LEDs and spotted countertop reflections are eliminated. With no bulbs to change and maintenance-free operation, expect reliable use for years to come.

A:  Thank you for your interest in Armacost Lighting. When PureVue lights are used with Armacost Lighting’s Universal Dimming LED power supplies, they can be dimmed with any standard AC wall dimmer or with our 2-in-1 dimmer.

          A:  No, you just a driver that has a higher wattage output than the total number of pucks (and to a lesser extent, long runs of wire if applicable). The instructions are very helpful with this. You can view the manual right on Home Depot's site which will tell you how to calculate everything. These lights are awesome!

            A:  No, the drivers are rated for a particular wattage so you can add multiple lights to a single converter box up to some limit. I think we have 7 lights on one converter/driver and it had some room to spare. Ours have been installed for nearly 2 years and they are working with zero issues.

            A:  Hey Louis, you do not need a driver for each light in most cases. It largely depends on the nature of your installation but you can load multiple puck lights or a combination of puck lights and tape light to a single driver. Just make sure to calculate the wattage of your circuit to accurately size the appropriate driver for your project.

                Needed to replace or re- route incandescent cabinet lights. Chose these led puck lights, but failed to realize that my transformer was 12v AC output, not DC as required. Lights failed, but did not burn out. Once I got the proper transformer, they work perfectly, put out a LOT of light, and have my cabinet looking top notch.
