Turning it on and off can be done with wall switch or other methods and is dependent upon the power supply used. It does not have a color temperature adjustment; this product is 2700K / soft white but is available in 3000K and 4000K. Can you recommend an AC/DC transformer to power this strip?
Asked by ZippetyDoodah March 17, 2018Any of Armacost Lighting’s 12-volt power supplies are capable of powering this lighting, however, the power supply you choose for your project depends on several factors, including the length of lighting you’re using, the control method you would like to use, and the manner in which you install it. If you would like to use a typical 120-volt, in-wall dimmer for control, select and AC dimmable power supply (like our 45-watt, homedepot.com item # 207158792). Select a standard power supply if using a wireless control method, or no dimming at all (like our 60-watt, item # 203227258). See the installation guide on this web page for instructions on how to determine the appropriate wattage for your installation.
