Turned out pretty good
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is you have to buy by the box. So now I have plenty of extra when I really didn’t need so much.

All around impressed so far
Easy to install, affordable, and looks great. It's only been about 2 weeks since install but so far it seems like it stuck great. I was worried the crunching sound when you walk on it would stick around but after a few days when the adhesive fully sets it goes away.

The product is amazingly easy to install. It is not the installation that warranted the 2 star review. After the first 2 boxes I had to order 2 more, one to complete a box of 45 for return. The store would not accept 43 for return. Yes out of 2 boxes I only had 47 that I would be willing to put on my floor. Ordered 2 more boxes with the failure rate of the first 2 I wanted to be sure. Box 1 was much better than the others, box 2 the whole box! It appears to have factory manufacturing marks everywhere. The tiles are glossy black and the marks are a foggy white. I am attempting to clean off as much as possible and use the worst for the edging that would be cut off. The pictures are poor but you can see the foggy. These are supposed to be shiny black. I don't care if you are installing on a garage, utility room, laundry room or kitchen floor, you would not install what is shown in the pictures below.

Based on what you are telling us about the tile the store should have filed a warranty claim for replacement instead of doing a return and exchange. There should not be a haze or fog on the surface of the tile, it should be a high gloss finish. Even though the tile is installed you still have the right to return to the store and have a flooring associate file a claim on your behalf. Very happy with this product. I bought both the black and white tiles for the vintage look. Must better than expected. Thought it was going to be thinner and less sturdier, but quite the opposite. The adhesive is amazing, but forgiving. Just make sure you place it how you want it before setting it. Once it's set, it's a chore pulling it off. I also handled it by holding onto the edges with the palm of my hands, not the fingers; or as instructed by pulling off part of the protective sheet then pulling off the rest of it once you've put it in place. It was more time-consuming than I thought, but only because I chose to lay the black/white tiles in the diamond pattern. However, it was easy cutting the extra pieces by simply scoring with a utility knife and breaking it off. Final results were great. Also read that black/white shows up dirt more than usual, but have had mine up a week, and it's not any more than normal. It's also easy to clean with a damp microfiber mop. Thank you.
