REMOVE PLASTIC FILM, BEFORE PLACING TILE ON THE WALL, TO LOOK FOR DEFECTS!
Plastic film covered bubbles in the actual tile, and I did not remove the film until tiles were applied to wall. Had to remove the tiles due to this, and got damaged in the process. Needless to say, I am out the money I paid for them. Couldnt return damaged!
