Works great! Amazing value
Great looking stove that does what its supposed to. It’s not a luxury product but it looks nice. If you follow directions for install on chimney pipe height, the fire will burn throughout the night. If the chimney pipe is too long it will overdraft and burn too fast, even if you close the draft. If the chimney pipe is too short, the fire wont get stoked.

Stove falling apart
Bought and donated this stove to a man in the northeast whose prior 28 year old stove had hit end of life. This stove is falling apart after 3 months. Parts are melting and falling off that retain the bricks. It overheats and metal pieces buckle and break or melt screws holding them in place. Very disappointed and worried about the rest of his winter. Hopefully customer service can do something to remedy this to get through the remainder of winter.

The stove was in good condition and the set up was easy. It was able to heat the house very well and didn’t use a lot of wood to get the temperature comfortable.

A terrible purchase
This stove generally pumps smoke into your face when you open the door. If you have the fire down to coals it might not happen. It was so heavy and hard to install, it's overwhelming to think of returning it. It may be EPA certified for some year for the outside, but my house is so smokey smelling now on the inside it hardly seems worth it. I'm deeply embarrassed I bought it, however I do think Home Depot should provide more information about how fussy and presice the install on these stoves has to be.
