This classic vent free fireplace is designed to fit any heating application and room style. By itself, this kit can be placed in zero clearance fireplaces and custom mantel applications. It can also be installed as a conversion fireplace insert with the optional insert kit. It can also function as a free standing classic stove with cast iron queen legs by adding the optional leg kit. Finally it can be purchased with our unfinished oak mantel kit to add a fireplace mantel to any wall and room. This unit is available in both Natural Gas and Propane valve configurations. Adding to the style of this fireplace are the wonderfully realistic logs and burner set that provide a lifelike flame. Best of all, this unit is vent free so you don't need to install a chimney and it is 99% efficient.

I purchased this for a customer replacing existing one and the heat that it puts out is considerably more than they had expected for the price,

Got this installed in Oct 2020. Pilot light kept going out. Today it won't work at all Apr 2021. Can't even manually light it. Hold the pilot button in for several minutes and it goes out when released.

Awesome buy!
I bought this as a backup heat source to my mini split system that I had installed in my 2 story home 2012 sqft and to my amazement this stove has outperformed my main heat source (mini split 4 ton system) and is now my main heat source! I live in Kentucky and on the Kentucky River , so it gets really cold here and the mini split system can't keep up in sub zero temps so I would say I'm a happy camper with this purchase...plus it's Ambience is well appreciated on cold winter days!

Pilot light goes out every single night so I am on my knees every am trying to get it to light in...
Pilot light goes out every single night so I am on my knees every am trying to get it to light in the cold. At 62 this is not ideal. Ashley support was horrible and demeaning. Would do nothing to help this faulty product. Worthless for such a large purchase. Home depot staff tried to help.
