When used on their own or in conjunction with bass traps, diffusers and other treatments, Auralex Studiofaom Wedges provide efficient sound absorption, take care of standing waves and flutter echoes and give your room a professional touch. A:  Thank you for your question. For a temporarily solution, EZ Stick Pros, 3m Command strips, indoor double-sided tape are all great options. For long term installations, FoamTak adhesive spray or any indoor adhesive spray that works well with foam are great choices as well. Finish nails are also a great option for installation.

    A:  Thank you for choosing Auralex Acoustics! When it comes to sound traveling from one space to another, you’re really looking at a sound isolation issue. Unfortunately, that means to fix something like that, it involves a bit of a construction project. When you apply treatment to an existing space, it improves the acoustics in the space itself. When there is sound traveling from one space to another, it usually is because of how that space is constructed.         A:  Hi there, This product is made to absorb sound i.e.: cut down on echoes in the room. What you're looking to do is called isolation which is more of a construction project.               Anybody that buys these has no background in music recording / studio design
              you can build your own acoustic panels with some wood for frames and rigid fiberglass insulation, then wrap them in burlap. And instead of only dampening the high end you'll get much better dampening across the spectrum.

                Sound insulation was not very good, and they outgassed terribly. After putting them up in a room, I had to take them down and put them outside for several weeks to outgas more, because they made us feel sick being close to them. I have not put them back yet, still waiting for the odor to decrease further.
