The BEHR 1 gal. Flat Barn and Fence Paint is a ready to use Barn Red finish with easy water clean-up It is a durable, advanced paint that combines the best features of oil and latex to resist mildew and UV damage for optimal color retention. This self-priming paint has superior adhesion, penetration and durability. It provides a film that is highly resistant to cracking, peeling, blistering, chalking, weathering and erosion. The livestock-safe finish offers excellent coverage and is designed to protect and beautify barns, fences and sheds.

Q:Can this paint be used on wood siding house?

A:  Although the paint refers to fence and barn, the siding on a barn is not much different from any other wood structure siding. So, yes you can use it on siding. This is a durable paint I use on multiple surfaces, and it has not faded or worn any differently from a quality latex paint. Color is what you expect from a new red barn.

Instead, I recommend using our Ultra Exterior Paint tinted to Barn Red SC-112 to ensure the paint will work for your surface and will match your deck stain. Best of luck with your project! - Lina

            Great color and lasting
            I use this on my fences, deck, and other trims around my house. It covers well. The color is deep and long-lasting. It cleans up easily! I have used it with both brushes and rollers.

              Great fence paint!
              I bought this paint because the color looks like a match with my horse barn and workshop. It sprayed on super easy and no need to mix the paint. I was using an airless sprayer and not once did it clog up the intake or the spray gun. The color is a match and my new fence looks great! Clean up was a breeze with soap and water. Great value from Home Depot especially with my 10% veteran discount!

                Barn got a facelift!
                This paint sprayed on nicely, the red color is perfect, and it was cost effective. Time will tell on durability however the Glidden we put on 10 years ago completely peeled off and we were very dissatisfied with it.

                  Awesome picture
                  I needed a bright color to bring out the beauty of tropical garden. I decided to paint my fire pit bench, log bench and trellis. It look amazing!!! I highly recommend barn and fence paint.

                      Easy to apply, low drips, bright white
                      Paint was for a picket fence. Price was slightly higher but 2 coats easily covered bare wood fence. Was worried at first because it was so thick, but it went on easily and even! Was a super bright white and surface dried quickly. Would definitely use it again.

                      This is a barn white review, but the barn is also Behr paint. The fence is barn white. Good thick easy to spreed sticky self priming paint. Like it so much that I will use to paint the house to match the fence.
