What is the cure time (time until it totally hardens up)

does this cover old stain without sanding
Hi Brianna, thanks for your question. Our Dynasty Paint should provide full coverage when applied over your previously coated water-based stain. However, we would still recommend lightly scuff-sanding the previous coating to enhance the adhesion of your topcoat. After scuff sanding, clean with a damp rag and allow the surface to dry before applying your new Dynasty Paint. Good luck with your project! -Angie
Smoke damage in a rental should i still use like killz premium primer first or will this do the job

While our Dynasty Interior Paint will provide great coverage and durability, since you mentioned there is smoke damage, it may be best to first apply a separate coat of the primer from our sister company, Kilz. To be more specific, Brad, if you want to use a water-based primer, I'd recommend the Kilz Restoration primer to cover up those odors. If you don't mind using a non-water based primer, the absolute best primer for hiding smoke odors is Zinsser B.I.N.
Can I use it on a painted concrete surface?

I already know it is low VOC. I want to know what is the actual VOC rating for Behr Dynasty Varnished Ivory in an eggshell finish?
Also wanted to add that the colorants that are added to the paint are zero VOC, so the VOC rating doesn't change based on color.
