Hi Terry, thank you for your question. Our Cabinet, Door & Trim Enamel can be used on vertical laminate surfaces, like cabinets, so long as the surface is first primed with our Bonding Primer (No. 432). Have a great day! - Lina
Hi Cello, thank you for your question. Our Cabinet, Door & Trim Enamel covers 350-400 sq. ft. per gallon. It is not a 1-coat paint and will cover in about 1-2 coats, like most standard paints. The Cabinet, Door & Trim Enamel requires a separate primer, which can help reduce the number of coats of paint needed. Have a great day! -Lina
Hi Sergey, thanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear that some of the paint is still wet after a week. Typically it takes about 7 days for the paint to cure when the temperature and humidity is within recommeded levels. I also wanted to point out that isn't best to wait at least to hours between applying coats of paint. It may just need a few extra days of drying time. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback. Please reach out to us directly if you need further assistance; our customer care team is happy to help you! -Ronald
Hi Koak, thank you for your question. As it turns out, we do not recommend using our products with an HVLP sprayer. Our products tend to be thicker and heavier than what is recommended for this type of machinery, so we cannot guarantee the results. Instead, we advise using an airless sprayer with a 60 mesh filter and a .013-.015 tip size to spray our Cabinet, Door & Trim Enamel. Have a great day! -Lina
Hi Judy, thanks for your question. To prepare your table frame, we recommend scuff sanding the surface if glossy. Then, make sure the surface is clean and dry before priming and painting. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any other questions. -Lina
Hi Oliver, thanks for reaching out. To better answer your question, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can learn more about your project and assist. We look forward to hearing from you. -Ronald
Hi Ryan, thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear about the bugs stuck on your door. I recommend scraping of sanding off the affected spots, cleaning off the sanding dust, and touching up as needed. Please reach out to us directly if you have any other questions. Have a great day! -Giovanna
Hi Martin, thanks for the question. It is recommended to prime a cabinet, even though it had a factory primed finish. Have a great day! -Ronald
