Hi Wueation, thanks for reaching out with your question. Yes, our Fast-Drying Water-Based Polyurethane will seal the surface and provide a clear protective finish on your wooden floor. Please keep in mind that this coating should only be applied to an interior bare or stained wooden surface. Good luck with your project! -Angie
Hi NaeB. Thanks for the question. They are both great products. Behr Fast Drying Water-Based Interior Polyurethane is recommended over bare or stained wood surfaces. As for the Polyurethane Floor Finish that can go over painted, stained, and bare surfaces. So for your project, you can use the Polyurethane Floor Finish. Ok for cabinets too. If you have other questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly; we are always happy to help. -Alex
Hi Simply, thanks for your question. As it turns out, we don't recommend using our Water-Based Polyurethane over painted surfaces. Enjoy the rest of your day. -Christina
Hi Chas, thanks for reaching out. We don't recommend using a sprayer to apply our Water-Based Polyurethane. Instead, it's best to use a nylon/polyester brush or a pad applicator. Good luck with your project. -Christina
Hi RonRon, thank you for your questions. For best results, we recommend using a high-quality nylon/polyester brush to apply the polyurethane. To minimize brush marks, hold the brush at a 45-degree angle and lightly run the bristles over the entire length of the wood. For floor applications, use a synthetic pad applicator or bristle brush. Good luck with your project! -Giovanna
Hi Frank, thank you for your question. No, this cannot be applied onto your concrete floor surface. Instead, I can suggest checking out our Low-Lustre or Wetlook Sealer. These are clear sealers that can be applied to concrete floor surfaces. Good luck with your project! -Angie
Hi Cheryl, thanks for the question. The VOC rating is < 275 per gallon. If you have additional questions about your project, please reach out to us directly. Our customer care team is happy to help. -Ronald
Hi Martin, thank you for your question. We do not recommend our Interior Fast Drying Water-Based Polyurethane over the Porch and Patio Floor Paint. The Polyurethane should be used over bare or stained wood surfaces. Have a great day! -Giovanna
