I have a new deck that I just put water based clear water proofing on. Can I use this also once it has dried?

My porch has previously been painted. What do I need to do so it’s ready for this product to be applied?

Can I put a smooth surface deck over on top of a texture surface that’s in good shape. To get added years out of the deck I used deck over and it’s holding up well. I am 69 years old is the smooth a lot easier to put down I had hip surgery April 2026.

I already applied the 2 coats 2 days ago but see some cracks that didn't fill completely. Can I apply a 3rd coat now? Do I need to apply 2 more coats 6 hours apart?
