The new blade worked great until my dinosaur edger gave up the smoke. It was 25 years old so it was on borrowed time. I plan on replacing it with the newer version and this blade will have a new home.

Great blade
This is an excellent replacement blade for my Craftsmen weed eater edged attachment. it’s a very aggressive blade that will cut into dirt easily. I already had a decent edge and this blade defined it even more and left a very nice, deep clean edge. I’ll def buy a few more for fire use.

I ground the original blade down to a disk and wondered why it was not working. (To close to concrete sidewalks). I went looking for a blade that looked like the one I removed from my edger and came up dry. Was I surprised to see what it originally looked like. It's packaging includes two replacement nuts positioned in such a manner that it does not look like a simple blade. Long story short - it works well and I suspect better than simple flat blade generic replacements. It made quick work of edging and trenching.

I am unable to give a review since I won't be using it until next spring. I did try to pick this up at the local store and when I look on line the store indicated it was there. When I went to pick it up it was not there and the store staff did not know about that. I was able to install the blade easily. I have had this blade only two weeks.
