A:  No as this can float up to the top when vibrating the concrete. If used it can locked in place 1/3 of the way up the thickness with stainless steel screws.ceramic washers

    A:  The material is an open weave mesh - so it wouldn't be 'waterproof', however it is designed to be resistant to corrosion, heat, acid, alkali and other chemical substances, as well as flame retardant.

      A:  It is fiberglass and will not be affected by water. If your looking for a stucco finish that is waterproof There are waterproof stucco products. I personal have done that with a fish pond I dug in the yard. For wall use I prefer cement stucco with standard water proof paper backing with wire attached.

          Used this to stucco earth bag retaining walls. Cut to size, then spray with a 4:1 diluted Lanco bonding agent to make the mesh more pliable on the uneven surfaces. Got the rustic adobe handcrafted vibe I wanted!
