Too much machine not enough drive power
No lie! literally the worst customer support I have ever experienced in life. It is as if they deliberately strive to make things difficult. Knobs and pins fell off my mower, the deck belt belt snapped, and the tire easily comes off the rim; all with-in the first 90 days.
I attempted to order parts directly from the company. They do not have a number where you can talk to a person. They even say “we cannot look up parts for liability reasons” isn’t that your job to look up parts when I call the parts help-line? Even if you can by some miracle find your part number it will be “out of stock” or you won’t be able to order it because of some web page technical glitch.
They tell you you MUST READ all of the operation manual before you operate but the manual lacks greatly, and provides almost no helpful information. They act as thought you are a complete idiot and provide no helpful instruction.
The machine weighs over 650lbs and will cut anything if you can get it there. It seriously lacks drive power and gets stuck easily if your ground isn’t dry and flat as a parking lot. If you like lifting all day during you entire mow this is the one for you! If all you want, like me, is to have your annoying brush cut go with a different mower. If I had a do over I would avoid this altogether!
