The Bucket Boss Geldome Soft Shell Knee Pads are just the best! Your knees will thank you big time.
I was a painting contractor ( small shop ) so I was also one of the crew for almost 40 years of my life.
I always wore knee pads. These are far superior to anything I've ever worn. I have only used these for a week now ( sanding and painting baseboard in my house ) so I know what I'm talking about! The adjustable straps are nice and wide so they won't dig into ones legs, the upper strap is attached above the knee so will not slide down ( I have never had that in any of my past pads ) the front is non marring, it seems like the bottom of a thick tennis shoe, the inside has a removable pad so one can adjust to ones needs. Time will tell how long the hook and loop holds up.
I'm 74 so I need all the help I can get, for my knees that is!

Someone has experience wearing knee pads, and decided to design pads that work. I always had trouble keeping knee pads in place. They would creep down my leg as I walked. These pads have an extra strap between the pad and the upper leg band. That extra strap seems to be the key to them staying in place, even when I walk around or flex my knees while on my knees. The gel makes the pads genuinely make kneeling as comfortable as possible. The shoe tread type outer shell gives me firm positioning of my knees when I am kneeling. I may not wear out the knees in my jeans so fast now. The doctor will be happy that the callouses on my knees are disappearing. I was changing light bulbs in a built-in cabinet/china-closet. To do that, I needed to kneel on the counter half way up the cabinet area. As my knees started complaining, I remembered I had these knee pads with me and put them on. I hadn’t thought about using them for something above the floor. The rest of the job was done more comfortably for my knees.

Well,like alot of us,im getting older and parts of me just don't work as good as they used to including my knees. These Bucket Boss kneepads are just what I was looking for to help protect my knees and make working much more comfortable. I love the way they designed the straps ,they are comfortable, easy to put on and stay in place. Even on the hardest, most uneven surfaces,your knees are well protected and comfortable.

These knee pads are far more comfortable than the ones that I used to have. The cushioned pads inside the knee pads where my knees rest are held in place with Velcro and are adjustable so they can be positioned for maximum comfort. The soft surface that contacts the surface that I will be kneeling is very stable along with providing additional cushioning.
The soft surface that contacts the work surface is light gray in color and did not scratch, dent, or mar the floor. There are Velcro straps at the top and the bottom of the knee pads to secure the knee pads to your leg. They can be adjusted so the knee pads are the most comfortable for you and so they stay in place.
The materials the knee pads are made of are quite strong and durable.
I installed a path made of paving stones this past year and now after the last rain, I see some problem areas. So, I expect that I will be getting quite a bit of use of these knee pads soon when I am fixing these problems.

These are like shoes for your knees! They are made just like a sneaker, but with more padding and wrap around your knee using velcro straps. When your knees are on the ground, they feel like they are on top of a pillow. I don't know how long they are going to last, but for now -- wow -- really great feeling! I am older, so being on a bent knee can be a struggle at times. These work out perfectly for me.
Personally speaking, I have a tree in the yard that drops there tiny berries that our lawn mower does not pick up and when they dry, turn into the equivalent of rock. Given the grass there, I can't keep raking and raking. So I have to pick up most of them for about 4 months out of the year by hand...and on my knees. These knee pads have been a life saver.
I could see people who do a lot of work with flooring using them for that purpose. They also are good to have on hand if if you are a baseball coach and need to catch pitchers in the bullpen and are too old to squat on a bended knee.
These are a solid find.

Over the years I have used various brands of kneepads and disposed of them as they wore out. Given, I used these Bucket Boss Geldome Soft Shell Kneepads for only a few days. I find them to be the most comfortable and highest quality kneepads I have used. Getting older, I realize the importance of strapping on high quality kneepads to prevent knee problems. I now put on these kneepads prior to doing even the simplest tasks that require getting down on my knees in-doors or out, regardless of surface. In my opinion, these pro series knee pads are so well made I will be able to pass them on to my grandchildren. See attached photographs. Well done Bucket Boss!

BUCKET BOSS GelDome Soft Shell Knee Pads come in a pair. I like the support and protection for my both knees on the surface. The knee pads are soft rubber caps. They come with elastic straps with velcros and loop closure. They have behind the caps with foam pad material with velcros to take them out. I keep them on for more soft texture on my knees on the surface. Those soft shell knee rubber pads are slip resistant. It is some awkward to pull the straps behind my knee.

I am very pleased with the Bucket Boss Soft Shell Knee Pads. I am 6’ 4” tall and now that I am in my mid 60s I find it much easier to kneel than to bend or stoop; however, I suffer with sore knees if I kneel even for a short while when gardening, pulling weeds, painting or working on something like a mower deck. These knee pads provide lots of cushion and they can be worn for hours. The Velcro straps hold the pads securely in place but still allow you to move easily. These pads are the most comfortable that I have worn. They seem very durable; I am sure they will last a very long time.
I recommend the Bucket Boss Soft Shell Knee Pads for anyone who spends a significant time kneeling.

This replaces a cheaper pad. The gel feature is really noticeable. You can drop to your knees with no impact. There is a velcro'd inner pad that you can make small adjustments to which I like since one of my knees is a little off center. The pad is long, but that makes it easy to walk normally with them on.
The base is a bit like a shoe sole and gives you a solid footing. You are supported a little high off the floor, but I got used to that almost immediately.
