I love this BUCKET BOSS Hammer Tool Holder, it is very versatile and easy to use. The opening of the holder is large enough to handle any tool such as a hammer, mallet or small sledge with ease of sliding the tool in or pulling it out. The hook and loop flap makes it a breeze to put on your belt without having to remove your belt and if you just want to use the holder for a short time the flap is stiff enough and large enough that you can just slide it in your pocket and not have to worry about it coming out from the weight of your tool.

I prefer to use tool belts and holders which are not made of leather so i was attracted to the Bucket Boss hammer holder for that reason. For being reasonably priced it seems durable, like it should last many years if not abused and doesn’t appear to be made of flimsy material. The belt loop connects with velcro and instead of being secured with a belt the tongue can simply be put in a pocket. It really holds well by using that method. I admittedly had skepticism but it was invalidated by using it.
It does hold most hammers, as long as the head is over 3.5 inches. 4” and up should be non worrisome. The nice thing about the height of the holder is that it stabilizes the handle. Overall it’s a great product as long as the hammer head isn’t too narrow.

I finally have a hammer holder that does not allow the hammer handle to swing and bang the side of my knee when I am walking. The other issue I have had with the metal ring hammer holders is when you go to kneel or sit down the hammer pushes up through the loop, but does not come all the way out, Then it is hanging upside down and the leather belt holder is twisted. Many times I have the hammer loop positioned in the center of my hips in the back and it is hard to right the hammer in this situation. This holder helps to prevent that situation for me. I like the velcro flap so you do not need to remove other accessories to place this on the belt. The material is very sturdy and should last a long time. The only issue that I could see is since the loop is so long it may bind the handle if you pull the hammer out at an angle. This would most likely happen to me when I have the loop centered on my back.

I got this hammer holster because it had a Velcro strap and it would be easy to put onto a belt. It’s made out of a very tough material and is easy to use, you just peel the Velcro from the backside with the strap over your belt and press the Velcro together. It’s fairly long so it’s not like your typical metal loop hammer holster and your hammer doesn’t tend to bounce around as much Which is nice. It seems very well made with nice stitching, I really like the fact that you can also slide the strap into a pocket and hang it from that.

Great quality product, really well designed and made except for one thing: the width of the space for the hammer. It is solidly-built out of quality materials, with a ballistic nylon covering, and easily attaches securely to your work belt with a fold-over flap secured by a square of sewn-on Velcro. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is that the space to insert the hammer is a little wide for some hammers (see photos), so they may get stuck and make it harder to pull them out, particularly as the holder wears and becomes less stiff. But it really depends on the hammer head size – see my photos with ones that fit well.

The Bucket Boss Hammer tool holder is well stitched and also made to be durable.
Having a good weight, and a nice design this is sturdy and should be a long lasting product to keep with your bucket Bucket Boss collection. ( the opening is large , so it will be great with larger hammer s)

It's not bad it's to be honest a little large on the tool belt when you already got other things on your tool belt it just adds a bit more bulkiness than I wanted The material is stiff I get that it needs a stiff rain to be able to slide the hammer through but the entire thing doesn't need to be as stiff as it is so again that leads to a feeling bulky it is quick and convenient just to be able to reach over and grab or shove your hammer in it but I'm not sold on it I think the simple metal ring I had before works for me but this may work for somebody else who's moving around in a different manner than I do with the tool belt where they want the hammer to stay put instead of flopping around so I may understand that but on all it's not bad it just it's a product for a certain type of person and a certain type of way they wear and use their tool belt

The stitching and material on this hammer holder is stiff and rugged. I'm a letter carrier by day who uses a satchel and can tell this was built to last. I wish my satchel was built this well. I like the multiple ways to attach it, through a belt, tuck in for a quick go, also velcro to grab around an additional work belt. I also need one of these for a power drill! I'll be scoping out what else Bucket Boss offers, they make quality products.

This hammer tool holder was exactly what I needed. I used two different hammers on the job site and switch back and forth often. Having room for both on one holder is the feature I like the most. Other than that I is very well made and easy to put on my belt. I like the vecro because I know it will stay put. Will fit a standard belt or a construction site thicker type belt. Working perfectly for me.
