missing pieces/instructions poor
plumber opened pkg today to install, shower head missing a little "rubber black nipple" where water emanates downward; now it's just a glaring tiny hole; Also with no instructions for waterfall spout install, just a "downward pipe" shown on "mixing valve" view, p.6, plumber had to guess at diverter; poor QC all around.
