The construction of the side-wall mount is flimsy. The side-wall mount sags, and the tubing connection to the mount has yielded, so that our shower curtain has a 10 degree or so tilt. Not satisfied in general, although it serves the purpose of keeping water in the tub while showering.

Fits as I hoped it would and looks very nice. We could have used some instructions for installation, but found them online.

We couldn’t put the rods together because the male and female parts were the same circumference. I had to return it and order something else. Disappointing.

It's fine. I'd purchase it again given that there are very few other options. It's not super sturdy on its own (we'll add another support) but does the job. It was also pretty hard to get it put together and took a lot of banging--the pipes fit pretty tightly. But we did it with too much trouble and it's serving it's purpose without issues.

Barclay rectangular shower rod 54"
Was disappointed that none of the pre drilled screw holes fit. Spent over $200 and expected better fit. Looks like there is little quality control at the manufacturing site. After installation mounting feels loose and a little flimsy.

You have to work hard to secure this to wall
Seems simple at first. You assemble a rectangular tube to create the shower rod. The kit come with 2 rods, one of which you attach to the side wall, the other to the ceiling. The problem is that if you position the frame centered over your tub at the appropriate height the rods are either too long or too short to use. If they are too long you will need a pipe cutter to shorten to the desired length. If too short you will have to be creative. Even if you use both rods and you are lucky enough to have studs in the walls to attach the brackets to, this won't make this item sturdy. You will need some other type of support to keep the frame in place. To save money I used some chain and a hook to support the rods. Keep in mind that you will need about 3 shower curtains to go around the frame to prevent water on the floor. Overlap them to prevent leaks. Invest in a shower caddy to hold your personal items because space is tight in a claw tub. I'm considering purchasing some additional magnets for the bottom of the shower curtain to keep it in place.
