High quality nice looking rails
I purchased these rails for concrete stairs. I’m very pleased with the quality of the aluminum and the finish. I called Barrette with some questions on installation and they were easy to reach and very helpful and agreeable. I drove through a lot of neighborhoods looking at railings before purchasing these, and the Barrettes are higher quality than most of them. Only custom wrought iron would look nicer, but this was less than 1/4 the price. Installation requires careful reading on instructions, measurement, and cutting.

Rattles
Poor quality.. Installed two 8 foot sections and 3 posts.. each connection point of rails to post has rattles. Customer service never responded to concerns.

The railing was overall good and sturdy. The top caps on the post don't really have a way to secure them well. The stair rail instructions ar not very clear and require some thought before cutting. I was able to get it all up and int looks nice.

I had to purchase two of the Veranda 39" Posts to get the railing to fit on my stone steps, but everything came out beautiful! No problems on installations.

Fine for flat ground, not suitable for stairs
Square headed screws are always a nightmare.The angle of the railing is flexible which makes lining up between the posts a nightmareAbsolutely 0 tolerances in this product. If you cut a few mm too short, there's no way to make it fit.
