The mortise had no screws to allow me to fasten...
The mortise had no screws to allow me to fasten it to the door. I called and asked for the LITTLE screws that go to the mortise. I tried three times to explain the screws I needed (M4 I think.) So what did I get? All the screws except the ones I needed! BTW, no installation directions? Very poor performance.

We hired a handyman but he said it was made...
We hired a handyman but he said it was made of poor quality materials, and he took more than two hours trying to install it. This means the installation was not convenient nor easy. It’s been installed now but the door still opens even when it’s locked (if pushed with force) which shouldn’t be happening!

Buyer beware
The lock is for the inside only. We were looking for a lock on the outside so we can lock our pool house. As I am writing this review, my husband has informed me the holes are not lining up as well. Thinking these are headed back to the store in the near future. Be sure you read all product specs and evaluate pictures closely.
