Product Overview

Featuring modern and contemporary design, this fantastic 2-door shoe cabinet with cushioned seating bench combines storage with style. The shoe cabinet is complemented by the soft, curved edges for a sleek appearance. Constructed of engineered wood, the shoe cabinet is finished with white faux wood grain veneer for practical everyday use. The two pulled out doors with silver hardware reveal maximum storage space inside and can hold up to 8 pairs of shoes. A faux leather padded seat in dark brown on top adds a little extra seating to your room. Suitable for your bedroom, living room or entryway area, the Margaret serves dual functions as a seating bench and a shoe cabinet. Made in Malaysia, the Margaret requires assembly.

    Pros: The bench was relatively easy to assemble but it did take me a couple of hours. You will need a power drill for at least two steps and I was not prepared for that (I don't own one). Overall it's functional and I love the color. Cons: Some of the instructional diagrams took me some time to identify what angle they were showing the bench. The little pegs that are supposed to hold up the shelves fall out occassionally (the manufactured holes are too big). The biggest issue of all...the doors do not fit straight. I tried adjusting the hinges multiple times and multiple ways but the doors refuse to be aligned. So I have to open them both and closed them simultaneously so they don't stack on top of one another. For $90 I knew it wouldn't be the best quality but I thought at least I would have straight doors. This bench should have cost $60-65 at the most. I only kept it because it would be too much of a pain to take it apart and pack it up to return it. Buy at your own risk.

    everything is alright about the product.. but the assembly is very complicated, there are instructions but they were not much help.. took a lot of time to assemble, had to disassemble twice or thrice as parts are confusing.

    Cheap MDF construction, but to be expected for price, so still represents a good value. One piece did break in my hand and the actual width is slightly over 31.5”, not 31.2” as advertised, so beware if trying to fit in a close space.
