Online ordering of the BergHOFF Neo 10" Cast Iron Round Orange Fry pan was easy. All discounts applied without any issues in the cart. Tracking, and delivery were great. The skillet arrived intact. I ordered this because I was so impressed with the BergHOFF Geminis 5 Piece Cookware Set. Like that set, this skillet heats up evenly on my electric stove top. No hot/warm spots.The cast iron wok was so lightweight too. The skillet heats up fast, so you will need to adjust the heat accordingly. The long handle was warm and touchable, but I would use a pot holder for a long lift. The small handle gets hot. Both handles got hot in the oven. Unfortunately, it is as heavy as my old cast iron. But, it heats up fast, hot, evenly, self-seasoning, oven safe to 400 degrees, and easy to clean. This will be an upgrade replacement for my old cast iron, the cornbread maker. I thought the price was reasonable for an enameled cast iron skillet with such superior qualities.I have finally found a brand of nonstick skillet that heats up evenly on my electric stove. I plan on purchasing the BergHoff Geminis 3-Piece Nonstick Aluminum Fry Pan Set next to replace my old nonstick that doesn't heat up hot, or evenly. It is nice to know that BergHoff uses nontoxic nonstick materials.

Very sturdy pan! Have used to make cornbread several times. Heats evenly & works as well as my 40 year old cast iron pan!
