Product Overview

All Weather XL Tiles are the premier choice of interlocking floor tiles. True to their name, these tiles can withstand hot sun and cold winters. The unique structure means the floor is supported on a framework of legs which allow it to carry heavy weights and at the same time provide a cushion effect. Beautiful colors will enhance any space. The All Weather Bergo XL Tiles feature our exclusive, built-in Xpand Tabs, which connect the tiles together, absorb tile expansion with changes in temperature, and eliminate "tile buckling" common to most other tile systems. The tiles are for both indoor and outdoor use. Install them in your garage, storeroom, laundry room, sauna, mudroom, balcony, patio, pool area, terraces, decks, porches, indoor and outdoor shower areas, locker rooms, basements, office space and more.
  • 100% Recyclable PVC deck tiles are built to withstand up to 12,000 lbs. of pressure per tile
  • Very low maintenance, highly UV Resistant, can withstand extreme temperature changes
  • No issues of mold, mildew, rot and insects - no organic material
  • Easy to install, loose laid and interlocking deck tiles
  • Made in Sweden

Would this be OK to line the floor of a screened in patio on top of a wooden deck? Or no?

Are these interlocked tiles waterproofed? Can rain water trickle through them to the wooden floor?

Do they expand when they get hot? If so, so you need expansion joints for larger areas?

No they do not expand. No need for anything extra just install and enjoy!

Can these be laid on top of outdoor ceramic type tile?

Not sure, they might slip on ceramic tile unless you can secure the perimeter.

Can these be placed directly on grass

I would not suggest to lay over grass. I had mine installed on my balcony over a cement floor. Don't have any idea how it would work over grass. Ask Home Depot.

can these be laid on landscaping fabric directly on dirt/grass?

Answers

Yes. I installed mine last year, left them out over the winter and they are as good as new. I have a weed coming through now and then, but that has to do with the quality of the landscaping cloth. They do need an edging all around to keep them in place, or they will slide on the cloth. I love these tiles and get a lot of compliments.

Can these be cut to fit my existing patio?

Yes, they are made of PVC.

Are these slip-resistant? Thinking of using them in my kitchen. Please list similar slip-resistant tiles that you carry.

Started with main deck 18 x 15. It worked so well that we ordered enough to do the 13 steps with edging and upper platform. Wonderful engineering and flexibility in application. Cut with back saw usually and for the steps used an 80 tooth table saw to get them all exactly the same. Cleaned up cuts with a light touch on a bench grinder. Painted 1 1/4 inch deck screws to match and used here and there to stabilize.

Very easy to assemble. They look great and feel good to walk on. The only issue that I had is the quanity. The choice is either a box of 35 (odd number) or 14. I needed four more but did not want to buy 14.

If you need this sort of thing, these are a good choice. They seem sturdy with just a little flex - I wouldn't worry about putting furniture on top of them. Joining them together is a matter of lining them up and pushing down. They aren't slippery when wet. "Cedar" is a stretch - I'd call them tan.
