About This Product
The Crafted Colossal with Man Door and Dormer Kit is the crown jewel of the Best Barns lineup. This two-story barndominium offers extravagant storage capabilities and luxious livable space options . This model includes the Best Barns ELITE Package - (1) 36" wide 9-Lite man door for the main entry, (1) 20' dormer, (2) 32"x36" dormer windows and (2) 36"x36" lower wall windows-all insulated and with paintable shutters. The included staircase can be installed in any of the 4 corners to suit your needs. As a Do-it-Yourself kit, you have the luxury of choosing from multiple locations to install doors and windows. If desired additional windows and doors can be installed during construction. Wall construction is 2x4s spaced 16 in. o.c. and include pressure treated bottom plates. Trusses are 2x6 spaced 24 in. o.c. Building can be constructed on a foundation that meets your requirements. Homeowner purchases material to build floor and foundation separately. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Siding is primed ready to paint the color scheme of your choice. All roofing materials and paint purchased separately.

How tall are the walls on the bottom floor minus the second floor’s structure? I know it says 8’ 1” but I want to know how much head room is on the bottom floor.
