The Handcrafted Homestead XL two-story barn kit is ideal for a workshop, hangout, or additonal storage needs. Featuring a clear span 2nd floor loft with 7 ft. - 1 in. headroom. Lower wall height is 8 ft. - 1 in. with 7 ft. - 5 in. headroom. Access to loft is provided by included staircase which can be positioned in any of the four corners. Entry doors and/or windows may be purchased separately as desired. This allows you to choose the type/style of windows and doors that best fit your needs. Perhaps a garage door is preferred or double steel patio doors along with the style and number of windows to your liking. The Handcrafted Homestead XL includes the Best Barns SecureTruss System designed for a 45 lbs. snow load and 130 MPH wind resistance. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building can be shipped directly to you via curbside delivery or delivered into your local Home Depot store. Building is shown with optional windows. Floor is not included-assuming customer has specific foundation and floor requirements (example: concrete pad or post and beam wood floor). All roofing materials and paint purchased separately.

Can I change options on this kit. Like no windows or smaller door or door upgrades to garage or house doors?

The Handcrafted Homestead XL is designed specifically for you to install the number, size, style and types of doors and windows you wish. During construction you will rough in the openings in the locations of your choosing. Depending on your choices you will likely need to purchases material for headers and additional framing to make the rough openings. Richard Best Barns
No the kit cannot be modified it's designed to be assembled and used as designed and any changes could affect the structural integrity of the shed and the manufacturer does not allow that.
Where is the price ,after it is finished and ready to move in?

I am installing a concrete slab foundation, does the slab size need to be exactly 16' X 32' or are those nominal dimensions and the slab dimensions are actually different? if so, what are actual dimensions I will need to build?
