Questions & Answers
BUSA I called 800# no answer! 4th post here! How to remove separate unit called Directional Louvre off the grill face to be able to use winter cover? Directional louvre has clips with hooks IT DOES NOT PULL OFF. How to release hooks?
The covers snap on and off for easy removal.
BUSA Customer Support. Directional Louvre is Lg separate circular unit with louvre arm that clips on the grill face plate #16 on part diagram. Has hooks on the end of grill clips that hook on the back side of the grill slats. How to release clip hooks?
The directional Louvre is an optional part that was discontinued a few years ago. If you have one, you just lightly pull the clips inward to release.
BUSA CUSTOMER SUPPORT Plz answer! Bionaire directional Louvre circular piece WON'T pull off! The end of the clip hooks are hooked on the inside edge of the grill slats behind louvre arm! How to unhook the hooks without breaking them off?
The covers snap on and off for easy removal.
I have a Bionaire 4500 window unit. Winter cover instruction sheet is lame! Do I need to take the Directional Louve/ring off to use the winter cover? If so does it pull it off? It's clips are tight! do they have release pins or something? Ugh!
It simply snaps right over the installed louver set. Orientate and snap/click into place.
is the color the same as the cooler unit a OFF WHITE/BEIGE? OR is it a dark tan/brown? There are two images with dif colors on this item page so it's confusing!
The product is the same color as the cooler, beige. Thanks.
