I was sent water
The liquid inside the bottle I received was colorless and odorless. According to the manufacturer website (screenshot attached) the color is supposed to be light brown with a slight musty odor. I also PH tested it and the PH came out to ~6.5, while the manufacturer states it's supposed to be 9.19. Yeah, I was sent water. Thanks a lot.

does not work!!!
Bought this ready-to-use at Home Depot, sprayed on the vege-plants. Worms (1/4" greenish hairy worms) still are active.
I sprayed directly on and soaked the bug, it still alive after awhile.

I purchased this to try to get rid of constant beetle invading and destroying my flowers. It’s almost like they loved they flavor of this stuff. Even spraying it directly on these beetle clusters that invade my roses, they remain there feeding. I purchased this product because it’s one of the few I saw available that specifically said it works for beetles and is safe for plants so very disappointed that the beetles almost drink it like water. I have added a photo taken about an hour after spraying the beetles. It’s very frustrating to have your plants destroyed by these beetle terrorists so I will need to search for something that works

I’ve been using this product for a few years now, I highly recommend it. I have quite the collection of house plants and potted flowers on my front porch that attract especially beetles, caterpillars, and many other critters I’m not too familiar with. I don’t always follow the recommended application I spray my plants at minimum every 10-12 days and/or depending on the weather and/or how frequent I may see critters hanging around, it keeps all bugs away. The warmer the weather the more present the bugs are. I have poinsettias from 4 years ago and the caterpillars were eating the leaves at a rapid rate so much I couldn’t save a few of them that’s how aggressive the infestation was. Once I started using Captain Jacks the critters were no where to be found and now all my plants and flowers are thriving.

Worked great for me, so glad I took a chance and gave this a try.
Have geraniums in window boxes that suddenly stopped blooming this summer. After closer inspection noticed little “worms” that were eating all the blooms. I’m not one for spraying any kind of pesticides on my plants, so when I saw that this product was approved for organic gardening I decided to try it. A few days after spraying my geraniums just one time they started forming buds again and now ( about 3 weeks later ) they are looking really good and full of blooms ! I would buy this again and recommend to others to give it a try.

the spray bottle is terrible. More than half the liquid...
the spray bottle is terrible. More than half the liquid dribbles out onto your hand when you squeeze the trigger. I don't know how effective it is because I can't get much liquid on the plants. I need to buy a separate spray bottle.

Killed my established vinca and lobelia
this product WILL kill your flowering plants....my husband of 27 years recently passed away due to covid....he loved gardening/landscaping, and my two granddaughters picked out flowers with their papa and loved watching them grow. unfortunately, after using this spray, their patch of flowers turned brown and died....the lilac bush he bought me also turned brown. I do not recommend. followed directions and plants still died.
