Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- New dishwasher connection kit
- Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
- The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H

AnswersI am very disappointed, this was a Christmas gift that I have wanted for 2 yrs. because I was tired of my dishwasher not drying. Well this one does worse. Everything is soaked even with the extra dry. I was told that Bosch was the best, told the sales guy what was most important at Home Depot. I wish I had not bought it. Does all Bosch's not dry?

AnswersI just started using mine about 10 days ago and am still getting used to it but I usually put tongs, spatulas, plastic lids, small ramekin bowls, etc. Knives would be great up there but I always wash mine by hand, plenty of room for them. This dishwasher, so far has been the best, nicest dishwasher I have ever owned! Also, very quiet...so much quieter than the LG I got rid of that just wasn’t cleaning well. I highly recommend this and I had recommended it to my daughter because hers actually broke a couple months ago and she loves it also! The only reason I got on this site and saw your question was, it only comes with one small utensil basket so I am looking to order another one. Good luck.

AnswersHi there. Thank you for your question. Bosch Ascenta dishwashers are supplied with the drain hose attached. An install kit will need to be purchased with these appliances. Bosch 300, 500 and 800 series dishwashers will come with a drain hose and 110V cord for plug in. You will need to purchase the water inlet hose separately. If you do not wish to plug in, a junction box with cord iis also available to purchase as well. AnswersTTJ, No need for food waste disposer in Bosch dishwashers. Bosch filters 100% of the wash water to remove food debris. Bosch's exceedingly hot wash and rinse water softens food particles allowing food debris to simply drain away.

Great Function but Poor Durability

We've had this dishwasher for almost two years. It's really quiet, cleans great, and the three racks making loading anything in it very easy. However, the top control panel and brackets holding the exterior handle are very poorly designed. Within the first year, through simply opening and closing the dishwasher during normal use. The plastic top around the control panel cracked and broke, and the bracket holding the exterior handle cracked. The original warranty covered the repairs and we hoped the the parts were defective or damaged in shipping. However, within the next year both parts cracked and broke again. Now we're outside the original warranty, and the extended warranty won't cover the repairs. We're stuck with a dishwasher with a sizable hole in the control panel and a handle that about to break off at any moment. The dishwasher has only had normal light use and it seems ridiculous that these parts are engineered so poorly that they can not last more than a year.

Dishes do not dry. Got an answer this morning to go to a website, https://bit.ly/3jcSv6n, but it is not found,
Oops! Something went wrong.
We couldn't find the page you are looking for., I have gone to troubleshooting and it says to use Finish which I do, I use extra dry and sanitize and it makes no difference.
Also the inside of the dishwasher sides stay wet. This picture is after 3 days. I am not happy at all.

Hi Linda, thank you for your review. It is normal for the interior walls to remain wet after a cycle finishes. This is due to the condensation drying process used by our dishwashers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new dishwasher! Been using it for more than a month now, so far, so good. The capacity is a bit small than my old dishwashher (different brand). I love how quiet it operates. I like the washing options and I really like 3 rack feature. I use the top rack for cutlery and I don't use the knife holder much. The knife holder takes too much space in the bottom rack. I also like the red indicator light and the beep/alarm sound when done (although the beep/alarm sound is too soft to hear.) This dishwasher operates quick, efficient and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch dishwasher was purchased to replace another brand that was not a bad unit, but I wanted to upgrade to Bosch. The previous unit had feet that could be raised up and down so there was no problem getting the old unit out. However, getting the Bosch in was difficult at best. The installer did the best he could but he could not push the unit all the way in. That means the control panel on the top of the door shows. It sure would have been nice if there were leveling feet/legs on the Bosch so he could have pushed it back and it would have fit like it was supposed to. It runs fine, it is quiet, it does a good job - my only negative is the fit. The photo shows how much of the control panel shows when the door is closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fist time buyer of a Bosch Product, this dishwasher cleans and dries as advertised, plus the noise level is great , have to look at the light to know it’s on, one minor problem is that when the lower rack is empty and you put dishes on the front end of the lower rack it tends to jump the track when pulling it out the next time you go to load, once you know this you can either pull out the rack carefully or make sure to put a dish or 2 on the rear portion of lower rack. Like I said it’s a minor thing and would not stop us from purchasing another Bosch down the line

No lie!! N of course the digital display is great I love the quick options mine came with n the third rack is amazing I use that instead of the basket that came with it and how can I forget it's beautiful to look at I'm a firm believer in reading manuals n my husband laughs but I learned so much more from reading it my dishwasher does amazing things all looking good n not making a sound it doesn't get better than that!!!Oh!!! I'm a first time Bosch buyer also they were always too pricey for me but their prices are much more competitive now which is great without compromising quality you won't go wrong!!!

I did a lot of research read countless reviews and though this was a little expensive I would gladly pay it again! This dishwasher is so quiet and gets the job done what seems like effortlessly! I no longer worry about the noise and planning when to turn it on, so quiet. I love the sanitize feature with small children's cups gives me extra piece of mind. It also added a sleek look to our kitchen and no finger prints. I can't rave enough about it!
