Product Overview

The Bosch T1B Folding-Leg Miter Saw Stand features Universal Quick-Action Tool Mounts, to fit most miter saws on the market. This includes fitting Bosch 12 in., 10 in. and 8-1/2 in. single- and dual-bevel miter saws, as well as many competitor miter saws. Once attached to the saw mounts, users can attach and remove the miter saw from the stand without tools. The stand has smooth material supports that are adjustable in height to match the height of the user's miter saw. It also features integrated repetitive stops. The dual sliding rails extend out to a total of 8-1/2 ft. to support material up to 16-1/2 ft. W.
  • Quick-action universal tool mounts fit most Bosch and many competitor miter saws; saws are removable without tools; rubber feet help protect tables or benchtops

    Yes, this saw hooks up to external dust extraction. Bosch sells a hookup adaptor that fits in where the dust bag goes, not sure of the size.

    Barely any assembly required. Saw is easy to use, up front controls are a little complicated at first but much nicer than having to reach behind. Fits with very little overhang on a 25" counter and rotates out of the way when not in use. Blade guard has a tendency to get caught/deflect during some cuts, and there is a small amount of lateral deflection during sliding cuts. Dust collection is surprisingly good when hooked up to a Festool CT vac with a 27mm hose and expect to see even better collection with a larger diameter hose. Overall, this is a very good saw with an excellent crosscut capacity but minor deflection issues in the guard and wider cuts.

    Really amazing axial glide design offers 12" capacity in a compact footprint. Just the thing for people like me with limited shop space. No need to accommodate lengthy glide tubes. Minor wish list items: Larger diameter dust collection connection and a quick release hold down clamp but not deducting any stars for that because this saw is just too awesome.

    Amazing little saw, very well engineered. I chose the Bosch saw over others because the design is more compact due to the lack of "rails". It takes less space in the shop. I went with a 10" saw vs 12" so all my machines have 10" blades. The only con: the dust collection not that great.
