Don't know but if you can follow directions, you can do it yourself. I did. The packaging was damaged and there were a couple of parts missing. I was able to replace them at Home Depot and was compensated.
The PA-403BH attaches with a hitch pin and from looking at photos of the Ryobi Electric Riding Mower it can accept the pin. However, I think this is more of a question for Ryobi to see if the mower is capable of towing something like this.
