Hello. Thank you for this inquiry. Presently there are five Brita Redi-Twist Under Sink Replacement Cartridges (WFUSF201, WFUSF202, WFUSF203, WFUSF204, WFUSF205). Only the WFUSF205, the Brita Redi-Twist RO Replacement Membrane Cartridge 'E', for use in the BRITA Redi-Twist™ 3 Stage RO Drinking Water System (WFUSS335) has an Arsenic removal claim.

Will this fit a GE appliance water filtration system? Product 215C1219P003, 49-50236-1, 01-09 JR. This system was installed over 10 years ago but does have the twist filters.
I just go online and look things up, with the #’s you have I am unable to help you

Though the GE water filtration system employs twist filters, the twist mechanism of each manufacture's replacement filters are unique to the manufacture's water filtration system. So only a GE twist replacement filter can be used in your GE water filtration system.
Shelf life
Filtered water is the only way for me even with the best water softener. I may be old but I installed it myself. I keep an extra pair of filters to change as needed. Modification to give easy access under the sink was not difficult. This is a great product.

When will this item be back in stock?
My guess is that this will never be back in stock. I bought one a year ago and it was hard to find then, so I bought a second. 12 months later, which is now, I needed to find another and no luck. I've decided to replace the Brita due to lack of replacement filters.

I believe you can order just one. They have separate part numbers. Generally you would replace these in pairs ( A + C) however. I believe there is also a three filter setup as well (A, B & C).
