Brown Turkey Fig Tree from HD.
Purchased this Brown Turkey Fig tree in November of 2020 at it's hibernation stage. Arrived with a few leaves but looked healthy with green buds/nodes ready for spring growth. Planted it with a mixture of Organic Vermiculite Soil Amendment, normal schedule for watering and added a mixture of Miracle-Gro Water Soluble 1.5 lb. Tomato Plant Food with Alaska Fish fertilizer during growth stage (every 3 weeks from early March through late April). Very happy with this purchase from Home Depot.

My tree came with leaf rust and all leaves have died.
My tree came with the leaf rust disease. I tried my best to save the plant but within two days, all the leaves had fallen and/or I was forced to cut off the diseased leaves to prevent it from spreading across the entire tree. I put the plant in quarantine and after a week, new buds are finally appearing, however, the new buds are starting to get the leaf rust on them so I will most likely have to take those leaves down. I don't know if this plant can be saved at this point as it appears the entire plant is diseased. I am so disappointed as these nurseries and shippers clearly see and know when a plant has a fungus or disease, but don't care and still ship them out anyways.

            Excellent healthy mature tree
The tree was much larger than expected and had several adorable young figs already on it! Three relatively mature main trunks. Shipped with care.

I got this plant. I uploaded the figure of how it looks like when I got it. I did give a try and plant it as instructed. It is now about 3 weeks or so and the tree is losing leaves. Many of them are yellowish and falling from the tree. I found in the store that one can buy brown fig (not sure if they were Turkey version) from the store in the garden section with less than half the price of the online one. Unfortunately, the home depot web site does not show the ones that exist in the store. I wish I could get back my money on this one :(

I buy a couple fig trees, and growing amazing, very healthy plants, sweet and exquisite fruit, just one little comment, but is not for home Depot. Some fig plants coming mislabeled,( nursery) mistake. that is not problem for me, I love figs and my back yard looks great with new fig varieties.

I read that an online seller sold these for double the price so I decided to check Home Depot. The review was right and I got a great price at Home Depot and the tree is beautiful. It was packaged very well, has a few tiny figs sprouting and was very healthy looking. Much bigger than I expected as well. The picture online does not do this plant justice. See my picture for reference. Totally worth buying from Home Depot this tree is great!
