Hello Patty, Gloss is largely a matter of personal preference. Some people love the traditional look of a pristine high gloss floor while others prefer a low gloss that will reflect less light. We do not have requirement or recommendation for gloss level that is space specific we would recommend whatever works with the space. This flooring has PROP 65 warning, thought solid hardwood floors are non toxic and I have purchased bruce hardwood floor from home depot, that box does not say any PROP 65 warning on it why is that. Are these floors non toxic if yes why they have PROP 65,

What is the exact finish I would need to match gun stock oak semi gloss
Hello Ernie, Our topcoats are a proprietary formula and come UV cured from the factory which makes them difficult to replicate in the field. If you are looking to match one of our colors we would recommend you contact a local paint professional retailer. These companies can usually do a great job of producing a matching stain to one of our floors or guiding you as to the best way to replicate the finish. If you are able to bring a board of the floor into the store they can usually produce a pretty convincing match or best guide you as to how to replicate the look.
