AnswerThe strap length top to bottom is 11 ½ in. The door mounting holes are 5 in and 8 ½ in down from the center of the roller. When the door is mounted there is about a ¾ in gap between the top of the door and the rail.
Can you connect more than one track for longer openings? If so, will the rollers pass the joint?

The end results was good. Smooth rollers and heavy guage steel were great. Installation went fine but very limited instructions make it essential to plan and mark out everything very carefully. Dealing with different door thickness and existing door trim requires extra planning. I ended up mortiseing the straps into the door to achieve clearances. Cutting a grove in the bottom of the door requires decent router skills.

Very good quality,easy to install.Set has enough extra parts to accommodate differences in door thickness or other changes that may be needed.In my case,installing in place of existing double 30" swing doors, I'd recommend buying two new 32" doors for the extra width. This will keep you from having to modify the existing jams and casings.
