A:  I installed mine 2 summers ago in Mesa, Az and am very satisfied with it. It is quieter than a metal roof when it rains. So far it's only seen winds up to 30 mph; I installed 2 "wedge" anchors per leg instead of the 4 per leg that were provided. These wedge anchors have a higher rating and are ease to install.. Also, the roof provides plenty of shade while providing a little light @ the same time.. Fell free to email me if you have any questions.

      A:  I installed mine 2 summers ago and I'm very satisfied with it. The roof provides plenty of shade while allowing some light and is much quieter when it rains than a metal roof. I anchored it on my concrete patio using 2 "wedge" anchors per leg instead of the 4 per leg that were provided. The wedge anchors have much a better rating than the ones that were provided.         A:  Not sure about snow, you can hang a curtain; but you need to include the hooks before finishing the last steps.

          A:  We installed ours 2 summers ago in Mesa, Az. No snow here. We did make our own curtains and it looks like you can attach roll up/down blinds or any other type of "wall" from the hanging hooks that are provided. These hooks are captured inside the top header and slide sideways back & forth.

                          As many reviews before me, the assembly instructions came with lots of illustrations but no instructions or explanations. You really have to read the whole set on instructions several times to get the complete picture. Putting it alone was extremely difficult especially once the first 2 posts were assembled and needed to set the next 2. I would not recommend doing it alone. Also, adding the tape to the ceiling panels was very time consuming and that alone took about 3 hours. In addition, make sure that you have at least 8 feet of space all around to be able to install the beam holding the ceiling panels. That said, once completed, it was solid and looks really good. Still waiting to see how it stands against the elements.

                          As many people have stated - the instructions are horribly written. I’m sure this would’ve been a 2-4 hour construction but the instructions were terrible. It required a lot of putting one step together only to dismantle it later due to parts not fitting.
