Brently 56 in. Dimmable LED Indoor/Outdoor Black Smart Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote, Works w/ Alexa/Google Home

I'll start by saying that I really love this ceiling fan!!! First off, the assembly was quite possibly the easiest ceiling fan I've assembled.. and I've done dozens!!! Now, I do have to say that the instructions are a bit sketchy, but all in all, it's quick and easy. I was a bit taken aback when I saw the gold blade brackets as it didn't match the online photos. But have to admit that the gold gives it a rather striking appearance. Just be aware that you may get one with gold brackets. Also, the motor on this fan is tiny, which also makes it very light-weight. But don't the size fool you, it's a DC motor and it's very powerful (see more below). Installation was equally easy, and once again, possibly one of the fastest installations I've come across in a long time. This thing is whisper quiet on all of the multiple speeds. The only sound it makes is the sound of wind when turned to the higher speeds (and it does get really fast and moves a lot of air). The full function remote control is also very nice, with pretty much everything you need accessible from the remote (and/or via the downloadable mobile app). And yes, you can forward/reverse the spin direction from the remote. Another very nice feature is the versatile light options, with not only full dimming capabilities, but also the ability to select your preferred white (full range from cool white to warm white). Now, I do need to alert potential buyers that IF you will need a longer downrod, it requires purchasing a special CARRO downrod (that are surprisingly difficult to find). A regular, generic extension downrod will not work. The downrod comes with a special consolidated Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Light wiring connecter so you must use the CARRO brand downrod. That one pesky little drawback aside, I absolutely love this fan!!!

This Brently Smart ceiling fan by Carro can be used inside or outside your house making it a great choice. The black color helps update your decor. The slim lines and contrast metal gives it an upgraded look. The three blades provide very good air circulation. The light is an LED so no need to worry about replacing a bulb. Installation to replace a fan or light is quite easy following the easy to understand included instructions. The light is dimmable. The fan and light are easily controlled by the remote control which is included. Because this is a Smart fan, it can also be controlled by downloading an app. Very quiet fan operation.

The Carro 56 inch fan is a very nice, stylish looking, medium sized fan. the blades are black and the blade holders are a copper color. This fan will work in any room and the reason I call it medium is because I have a few 60+ inch fans. Everything you need to install it comes in the box. I love the fact that it can be used with Alexa and the cell phone. The remotes always break or you lose them and so a great idea was the cell phone.

My Review for CARRO Brently 56 in. Dimmable LED Indoor/Outdoor White Smart Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote, Works with Alexa/Google Home. This Fan has only one minor concern is that the Fan blades are rather dull and not too artistic looking, they seem very plain. The rest of the features are very good and you can see each by seeing my photos for the breakout photos I have provided to see each item, but if you don't care about a plain look and just want a good functioning fan this might be the one for you. It's nice it works with Alexa and Google Home.

Great 56 inch LED ceiling fan. The color is white with a little bit of tan on it. My only initial concerns is the paint job or coding that they put on there. They were in the assembly process one of the screws paint chipped. Overall assembly time took about 15 minutes. And hanging the fan up took another 10 to 15 minutes. It looks great but there’s a lot of plastic to it which is a bit concerning initially. Overall I like the LED function which makes it really bright. the fan comes with a remote control.

However, it offers a little rustic note with three light gray fan blades. The gray has almost a white washed tone to it. Here is a breakdown of the key features along with some things to take note of. Notable Features: It is extremely low profile with a total height of less than 14 inches Fairly easy to install w/ step by step installation instructions It is WiFi capable It can be voice controlled through smart home devices or via the remote control The dimmable LED light comes in two white color tones Day Light (called “White Light” - photo attached) Warm Light (called “Yellow Light” - photo attached) The fan has a total of ten speeds Has a reversible motor Downdraft mode for the summer months Updraft mode for the winter months It is powerful and moves plenty of air It is extremely quite Very sturdy with little to no wobble at the highest speed Some Things to be aware of: When pairing the remote control you basically need to be directly under the ceiling fan for the receive to pick up the signal from the remote control The WiFi receiver (black box) for the fan is extremely snug and does take a little finesse to get it in place without pinching the wires The canopy cover can be difficult to get lined up and properly secured Connecting the fan to your smart home device can be a little difficult NOTE: This is the second Carro fan that we own. The first gave us a lot of issues pairing with our smart home device. This time around it was smooth sailing. Hopefully, Carro has worked out all of the bugs. The voice commands may take some time to get used to The fan speed is controlled by saying the numbers “1” (lowest setting) to “10” (fastest setting) You need to specify which light you would like to use and adjust Ex. “Turn on White Light” Ex. “Turn off Yellow Light” The light is controlled by using percentages Ex. “Turn on White Light to 50%” All and all this is a great looking fan that works extremely well. Additionally, in my opinion, having the ability to control it remotely through your smart home device is a huge plus. Once it is installed and all set up with your smart home device, I think anyone would be extremely happy with its overall look as well as performance.

This is supposed to be a high end ceiling fan that has a remote and wifi connectability. I do have it installed and it is very stable and super quiet. Installation was fairly straight forward as long as you follow directions. It's very stylish. Pros: -Quiet -Large -Remote works well -Light is bright and easy to control -Natural breeze is nice feature. Cons: -The fan blade screw grommets are filled with powder coating. I was able to muscle the screws through, but this would be an easy part to screw up and strip out. -The App disconnected the within 5min of setup. I had to setup each time I tried to use it. -It took 3 tries to connect to Alexa. This fan is really great, but it could be better.

This fan has all the nice technology you would want. Comparable with all of the popular smart hubs. Super easy to install. Easy to hang and set up. The led closed in light bulb is a very nice touch. Three cool blades are large and are finished off really nice. The fan comes with a remote. The reason for the four star rating. If you need to add a longer drop post you will have to cut and splice in extra power cord for the fan.
