    Fiberglass catalyst falls apart
After using 1st winter the fiberglass plates fell apart then the fiberglass insulation fell apart. I just cleaned after 2 winters and now everything fell out. Junk I guess you get what you pay for. Oh and trying to get ahold of them from west coast. They are always closed. Just go buy the warranty and maybe someone will show up. I just had it delivered, installed myself no extended warranty. Junk

      So
First light up paint started melting off it…not happy about this the Top is peeling,,I’m not really into the whole air vent system maybe it’s because I’m used to older stoves while the paint was burning off and I added wood I noticed no matter if the flue is wide open or not smoke pours out the door as soon as you open it yes my chimney was hot enough now with this all said I will update as I use it but I may just return it definitely not happy for the price point…

        Phenomenal!!!
I can’t believe the quality of this stove!!! We have a 3000 sq ft house…2000 down and 1000 up. This stove heats the whole house without even being fully loaded with wood! We bought the model for 2000 sq ft. We paid WAY up for the piping through another company. 6 inch double-wall and insulated. Plenty of height to get a good draft. The ash drawer is wonderful, but the stove burns so efficiently, there isn’t much ash. The top surface will be great for cooking when we lose electricity.

              Sad
It does not heat very good. The blower does not put out much. Fire box is not very deep. Have let fire almost got out to dump ashes. Ash box does not cover all of bottom. Can get ashes all over in side of stove. Supposed to get air from outside but air that get from outside goes through weee ash box is. Two corner are open were draw from in house. This stove is for looks not heating.

Installing the stove proved to be very easy and functions better than I had expected. Puts out a lot of heat with a small footprint. So much more efficient than anything we’ve had, I’d say we use about half or more wood then the previous stoves.
