I followed the instructions and nothing happened. I treated the area 3 times, increasing the time it sat each time. After 3 attempts and sitting for 30 minutes, the area lightened, but still was not removed. I am going to try again and wait an hour. This product is way over rated and way over priced for what it delivers,
