Any damaged, missing or defected part can be replaced by contacting us directly. Missing and/or damaged parts are certainly not part of the intended Crosley Experience, and anytime we send replacement parts it is will be via FedEx ground (most areas within a few business days!). We will supply parts within the warranty period if you contact one of our specialized agents Monday through Friday at 1-800-815-4796 8am to 6pm EST.
