This is PERFECT!
The CROWNWALL 48 in. H x 96 in. W Basic Bundle Slatwall Panel Set with Locking Hook Kit in White (20-Piece) is more than FANTASTIC. Every garage needs a wall of this slatwall panel system. This is very easy to attach to the wall. I recommend the use of a stud finder. Mark out each of your studs. I used a level to then mark the wall for the first slat. I was able to attach the first slat alone, it really was not hard at all. When the first slat is on the wall the remaining slats fit right into it and it is so quick to attach all the slats. I had the entire set on the wall in under 45 minutes. Then the fun started. The “hooks” slip in kind of like a peg board. I was really surprised at how strong they were. I was able to clean up all the things sitting along the wall in my garage. Do not hesitate to buy this great way to organize the things sitting in your garage. Putting all the markings on the wall will cut down your time in attaching this to the wall. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Now I need one for the other side of the garage.

As Advertised
I was looking for a high quality hanger system for my garage and this fit the bill perfectly. I have a variety of tools that require hanging and the various assortment of hooks, pegs, and bars suited me well. The planks themselves are of very high quality materials and feel like they will last a very long time. The hooks have heavy duty welds and I don't see any problems putting heavier tools on them. The installation instructions are easy to follow and there is even a fastener but included with the mounting hardware. Overall I am very happy and would recommend this to anyone.

The answer to my prayers to get organized!
I don’t know why but I am a gal with all kinds of brooms, mops and gardening tools- if there is a new cleaning gadget I have it! And it all gets stored in my garage! I decided to order this Crownwall slatwall organizer hoping it would be perfect solution to organize all of my trusty cleaning gadgets and my tools and I have to say it was the perfect solution. This slatwall system includes 8 slats- enough to cover 48x 96 wall area, trim pieces, hardware and a 20 piece accessory kit. Before starting you should read the instructions because it’s important that the interlocking PVC slats are secured to the studs, this guarantees the system is secure and can bear the weight of your tools. According to the specs each hook can hold 55 lbs if installed as directed. Everything in this system is good quality, the slats are made of a thick PVC and all of the hooks are made of a heavy duty steel and are powder coated to prevent rust and corrosion.
I needed some help installing this system because for some reason I can never find the studs, even with the stud finder
(maybe it’s the stud finder?) but once it was installed I was really happy with the end result. I ordered the white slatwall system but if I had to do it again I would suggest considering a darker color - it’s also available in gray- because the light colors do show fingerprints and dirt.
If you want to get your garage organized I would highly recommend this Crownwall slatwall system, it’s really high quality, its perfect solution for organizing your tools and cleaning gadgets and it looks great too!

WOW. It's not often that something blows me away, but this did. When I saw the vinyl panels I questioned whether panel flex would be an issue for heavy items. As you can see from the pictures, it's not. The design of this system interlocks the panels while hiding the mounting hardware, giving a clean look while making it super strong. The hooks provided are also extremely well-built, and the larger ones are covered with a plastic coating for better hold and abrasion resistance. I tried pulling on one of the as-yet-unused hooks, and I'm pretty sure it could have held my weight (just under 300 lbs), although I doubt it's rated for that. It felt like the hook was screwed to the wall, not attached to a sliding panel. VERY impressed!

Great Organizer.
This Crownwall is worth looking into if you want a little more organizing in your shop or garage. The kit comes with the basic essentials to get you started and then you can add specific pieces as you need them. Directions are easy to follow and gives you a list of tools needed. The brackets are made from steel and are heavy duty with a powder coating to last for years. Everything is well thought out and works as intended without so much as a hiccup.

Very nice and clean
This worked out great as I am always looking for more space and a better way to keep thing organized. This kit was easy to install and came with plenty of hook od all shapes and sizes. The panels are roughly a half inch thick by six inches wide, all vinyl with a hollow segmented cavity. Once everything is screwed in place it very strongly and with the trim included, very neat.

Great way to organize your garage
This Bundle Slatwall Panel Set with Locking Hook Kit is a great start to getting some organization to your garage. I watched the installation video before opening the two boxes. I thought that I was missing one of the J-channels because the video shows the bottom J-channel being installed first. However, the written instructions didn’t show a bottom J-channel. You just screw the bottom panel straight to the studs. Once you get the bottom panel in place; the rest of the panels go in much quicker. I installed this unit without assistance, so two people are not a requirement.
The panels are 96 inches wide is exactly 8 feet which leaves no room for error when screwing in the side J-channels. I played it safe and screwed the screws in at a slight angle towards the end studs. I also cut about 2 inches off the topper so that it didn’t overlay the side channels. I think it looks better that way.
The unit is very sturdy. With the exception of the 4-inch single hooks, the hooks are locked to the panel and will not lift up when you remove a tool. I would recommend this panel.

Lots of room for storage!!!
This Crownwall 4'x 8' slatwall is GREAT! Assembly was pretty easy (I installed it in a couple of hours by myself) but one thing that wasn't in the instructions is that you MUST make sure you don't screw in the screws tightly! You have to leave enough room behind each slat so that the next one snaps into place behind the one below it. You start from the bottom up so you can either use a measuring tape or hold up the side J channels to know how high your 8 slats will go. This set comes in 2 boxes. One with the 8 slats and finishing J channels (2 side channels and 1 top channel) along with a box of screws which includes the screw bit within the first box. The 2nd box contains the 20 assorted hooks. The larger hooks have a metal hook at the bottom which screw down to keep it in place on your slat wall. Take 5 minutes to thoroughly read the instructions as this will make assembly so much easier because there are some intricacies about this installation. My studs were exposed in my new shed so I didn't need to use a lot of the tools required for installation and the screws went through the plastic slats easily, so I didn't need to drill those or the studs. This unit can be cut to your desired size, but I was able to use it as is. Make sure you have a level to ensure that the first slat at the bottom is straight. After you've completed the install, the top 8' finishing channel snaps on to the top slat to complete the job. All screws are hidden under each slat as you progress to the top, so this wall looks nice and clean. See pics for more details of side and top channels along with screw bit, location on slat to put screw and final finished wall with hooks. I love it!

Good product
My garage is impossible, everything in it but a car. This product arrived in good shape. Its components are heavyweight and well made. The structure claims it will hold over 100 lbs per linear foot.
Installation was easy, once the first slat is level installation goes very easily.
We had to cut each piece to seven feet. Very easy!
When we finished, I saw something I haven't seen in a while...my garage floor!

Quality made, but no instructions
First, I was surprised at how lightweight the boxes were when it was delivered. The box with the panels was easy for me to lift. The parts came in a separate box. Each part was individually wrapped in plastic The parts are definitely duty. I spent a fair amount of time looking for the installation instructions, but there were not any. That is definitely poor quality control. I did go to the Home Depot website and managed to find the installation instructions, but it would have been much easier to have an included printed version to look at. The online instructions did not print well, and being in color, used a ton of ink. Just saying......
